The walk is free, and is a great way to focus on the sounds of the area as well as literally see the sights in a different light. The map of the lit walkways is here. While one article said the walk took 1-2 hours, we did it in about 40 minutes, stopping for many photos along the way. Plan your dinner accordingly, if booking a restaurant for after the walk.
Now there's even more reasons to stay over night or make a weekend of it!

Unusual to visit a walk in the dark (with lights of course). Love that fountain! That I would like to see during the day. Can people also visit then?

Yes, went back the next day for the main attraction. What was interesting at night, is your hearing and smell really step up - it seemed much quieter (the running water) during the day, with more people about too.
