
About an hour out of Hobart is the perfect pit stop if on the way to the Tessellated Pavement or Port Arthur. Positioned on the hill overlooking Pirates Bay at Eaglehawk Neck, this funky Eco-Airstream van has se up the perfect coffee shop.


The cakes are fresh and homemade (in fact some were still being baked for the afternoon when we arrived, having sold out that morning).


Relax with a stunning view over the coastline.
