This is a stunning celebration of predominantly women in Australian history - writers, actresses, sportswomen, singers, designers, artists, aviators and of course botanists. Immerse yourself in the glory of floral design in the Calyx, in the
Royal Botanic Gardens.

There are a few notable women from other parts of the world too.

It is uplifting and a visual delight, but if you lean in, the aroma is sublime.

Unfortunately it ends tomorrow so if you haven't been, brave the weather and check it out.
Take an umbrella to make your way down to Dame Nellie Melba near the Opera House.
Added bonus, you might win a night at the Four Seasons or tickets to Moulin Rouge!

This is one exhibition you really don't want to miss!

Very much a Spring celebration, Lydia! Had a bit of a problem leaving a comment but I stripped down your URL link to just "https://holidazeandhellidaze.blogspot.com/" and then it let me comment. They meddle with blogspot so often nowadays to "improve" it and wreck it instead! Thanks for taking part in the "My Sunday Best" meme.
ReplyDeleteGood to know. Weirdly I had to do the same to reply!! UGH!
