It's about 15 minutes from Seaport to the Zig Zag track, with many scenic spots to photograph along the way.

The track itself is 10-15 mins, depending how much you slow down with the constant steps. It's pretty much all uphill, so while not difficult, it will get your heart rate up.

The view was lovely and has made me want to return, to explore the gorge properly, maybe swim and definately catch the chair lift.

The walk back to the hotel was much quicker so I think the whole outing, including sitting down for a coffee at the juice joint near the Stillwater restaurant took an hour and 20 mins. (Allow 30 mins for the walk each way - however, if you have the time, do more than just the Zig Zag Lookout and go down into the Gorge).
