After a week in resorts, it was great to finally hit town and see a little of the real life in Papeete. For our last meal, we decided to try the Roulottes, the local food trucks.
The offerings were predominately Tahitian seafood, Steak frites and Chinese dishes.
The serves were massive and we shared two dishes between the three of us.
A cheaper alternative to dining out in Tahiti, without forgoing the waterfront views!
Practicalities:
Your trip looks delightful. We loved Tahiti when we were there a few years ago. We stayed in a hotel briefly, but mainly on a ship with around 100 passengers, meaning we saw quite a few islands.
